Zu Qigong combines the basic principles of reflexology and Chi-Reflexology with certain aspects / theories of Qigong. Zu Qigong is a gentle non invasive therapy, which works with energy ballancing Qi applying a gentle sequence of movements and light touch. On your first visit a brief health history will be taken while you soak your feet. The session lasts a little under an hour. I can come to your home or you can come to see me either in Prebbleton or The Herb Centre.
